Navlunteklifi.com (Portal) is an electronic marketing portal that simplfies and speeds up international domestic transportation bidding processes on behalf of HAHN LOJiSTiK VE DIŞ TiCARET LiMiTED ŞiRKETi (IT Services Service Provider) and KNB FREIGHT LOGISTICS TASIMACILIK TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (Main Carrier) by providing international and domestic, air, road, sea, rail and intermodal quotes. Based on the shipment information entered on the portal, we provide contracted rates of carriers and share it free of charge with the related carrier information.
Portal and IT Services Service Provider does not collect freight or service fee from users at any stage. The portal only manages the bidding processes as a 3rd party on behalf of the carrier companies that has contracted, and provides services defined in the international literature (3rd party outsourcing).
Users who use the relevant portal services, accepts the general terms of this service by receiving an offer.
2.The Main Carrier
The main carrier of the portal is KNB FREIGHT LOGISTICS TAŞIMACILIK TiCARET ANONiM SİRKETİ. The main carrier has the right to use a sub-carrier for a shipment in any mode of transport it offers.
Serving as the main transporter, KNB Taşımacılık A.Ş the holds TIO certificate in accordance with the 5th article of the Regulation on Transport Business Organization by the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION and INFRASTRUCTURE.
3. Scope of Service Responsibility
Users using the free service of Navlunteklifi.com will accept that if the transportation offer offered is accepted, they sign a separate contract with main carrier or its subcontractors, regardless of the portal.
4. Freight Agreement
All transportation agreements are within the general conditions of the scope and responsibility-of oriented carriers. All modes of transport are transported in accordance with international and domestic transport conventions and general applicable law statutes and regulations.
The bidding process sends the offer to the customer after the load details entered by the customer into the portal. If the proposal is acceptable by customer, your carrier information is shared with the user together with the authorized contact person information. After sharing the offer, Portal and IT Services may contact with carrier in order to provide suctomer support.
5. Shipment Details
The details of the cargo specified in the offer form or delivered in the form of file upload are considered to be completely correct and complete, and the product to be transported is considered to be the subject of foreign trade within the framework of international laws. Funerals, postal and personal belongings are not offered on the portal. Carriers reserve the right to make changes at agreed prices, in case of changes arising from subsequent users or users’ senders or agents.
6. Documents
It is the responsibility of the sender / buyer or agents to complete the shipment documents and prepare according to an approved offer, the carrier cannot be held responsible for any loss or loss of profit that may arise from the issue of missing or incorrect documents.
7. Rights of Users
Users have all of the rights granted to them by the international and domestic foreign trade and transportation rules regarding the transportation process that started after the bidding phase. Users have the right to request and have all the legal documents of the company with which they make a transportation agreement, when necessary.
8. Payment and Fees
Platform and IT Services Service Provider does not collect any freight and service fee at any stage, and the bidding process services offered to users are completely free. The transportation fee is the price agreed by the users with the carrier and the payment is made as agreed by both parties.
9. Insurance and Liability
All transports are done within the framework of international shipping conventions.
10. Transport Insurance
In line with the main carrier contracts, if requested, transport insurance may be offered only for the related shipment.
11. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts are the solution authority of all disputes between the main carrier and the customer regarding the general conditions in this general user agreement.
